At Starforge Systems, we stand by the craftsmanship of our custom PCs and components. If you are not completely satisfied with your hardware, you can initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and a detailed description of the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack your system in its original double-layered foam packaging and internal bracing to ensure the components remain secure during transit.
Shipping and Logistics
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for secure transport to our facility.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition and serial numbers, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
